Renovation work continues on a former Model T showroom at 2505 Main Street. Tight Holdings LLC is converting the building at Main Street and Rodney Avenue into a mix of office, restaurant and residential space. It was most recently occupied by Ken-Ton Fabricators and purchased by Tight Holdings in 2020.
