I’ve tried traditional bumper cars, the ‘zero-turn’ style bumper cars and even bumper boats… but this is a new one for me!. While Minnesota is dotted with over 200 indoor ice arenas, the most per-capita in the United States of America, there’s only one that features ‘ice bumper cars,’ and it is located in Virginia, Minnesota.
