Snapchat video sent by suspect to disprove gunshot accusations condemns him as perpetrator

A Eustis man who sent a Snapchat to prove he did not shoot a vehicle’s back window was arrested for throwing a socket wrench instead. At about 10:45 p.m. on July 30, the Lake County Sheriff’s Office got a call from a female complainant advising there were three vehicles trying to run her and a male victim off the road, according to an affidavit of probable cause out of Lake County. She identified the vehicles as a white Tahoe, a gold Tahoe and a white F150, one of which was being driven by 21-year-old Robert Cole Tiller.
