QUEEN CREEK, Ariz. – A Queen Creek man has been indicted for exploiting a minor after police searched the suspect’s home four months ago. Cody Weaver is facing three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor after law enforcement received a tip about the 31-year-old allegedly possessing explicit material depicting children.
