ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – The operators of two St. Louis area companies have been indicted on wire fraud charges involving apartment developments. Sidarth “Sid” Chakraverty, Victor Alston and Shijing “Poppy” Cao were incited on Wednesday in U.S. District Court on one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and 11 counts of wire fraud.
