FARMINGTON HILLS, MI – Supporters of Vice President Kamala Harris filled a banquet hall Thursday, Sept. 19, following the “Unite for America” rally with Oprah Winfrey. Excitement peaked at the livestreamed event when Winfrey entered the room at The Meridian, an events center in Farmington Hills. Representatives of dozens of grassroots movements and other invited guests gathered for a “Celebration of Unity” reception organized by the group Win With Black Women.
