World Ballet Company brings Swan Lake to Spokane

SPOKANE, Wash. — The world-famous ballet Swan Lake is coming to Spokane next month.

World Ballet Company is bringing its 2024-25 season production of Swan Lake to the First Interstate Center for the Arts on Sunday, October 13.

The ballet will start at 6 p.m. and is about two and a half hours long. Tickets range from $45 to $95.

World Ballet Company said the production will feature hand-painted sets and over 150 costumes that aim to put a fresh spin on a timeless classic.

“We believe that ballet is for everyone, and the response from audiences across the country has proven that. We are thrilled to bring Swan Lake to Spokane”, said producer Gulya Hartwick, who co-founded the company with Sasha Gorskaya. “‘Swan Lake’ is arguably the most iconic ballet of all time, and we encourage ballet lovers and newcomers alike to experience the performance live while we’re in town.”
