Florida Red Lobster Shut Down After State Inspection

Floridians who live near the twenty Red Lobster locations that have recently shut down in the Sunshine State may be aware of its recent bankruptcy (although it has recently exited the same.) Unfortunately, a particular store in Fort Pierce has another type of issue – it was recently temporarily shut down after a state inspection.

About Red Lobster In Florida: This chain is home-grown in Florida as its first store debuted in the central part of the state. And although the chain would eventually expand to more than 700 stores, there are now only around 38 left in Florida.

One of them, the location in question located at 6401 Darter Court, has been reviewed over 3,000 times on Google reviews and earns 4.1 out of 5 stars. Most recent reviews are complimentary. A reviewer named Chand wrote, in part:

My uncle got the Salmon New Orleans, which he devoured. I got the Duo Lobster tails, one roasted, one grilled. Believe me when I say this is an excellent preparation…And yes, the Cheddar Bay biscuits are awesomely delicious…”
