Some areas across Michigan may be in line for strong or possibly severe storms Friday afternoon and evening, the National Weather Service (NWS) said. The area with the highest likelihood for storms packing high winds and even hail is the southwest quarter of the Lower Peninsula. Grand Rapids, Holland, Grand Haven, Kalamazoo are in this area, as are Benton Harbor, South Haven and St. Joe.
