Cedar St., celebrated the soft opening of its matcha bar last weekend, offering customers 15 percent off all plants and retail items with the purchase of a matcha from the new menu. Owner Monique Segovia, 30, has wanted to expand for months and hopes the new addition will attract even more visitors.
