Cards Against Humanity Sues SpaceX for Trespassing

Cards Against Humanity, the popular card game company, has filed a lawsuit against SpaceX, accusing the space exploration company of trespassing and damaging its property in Texas.

The lawsuit, filed in a Texas court, claims SpaceX used the vacant land owned by Cards Against Humanity as a staging area without permission for six months. The company says SpaceX cleared vegetation, parked vehicles, stored gravel, and ran generators on the property.

Cards Against Humanity acquired the land in 2017 to prevent the construction of a border wall along the US-Mexico border. They allege that SpaceX’s actions have damaged the natural condition of the land and harmed their relationship with supporters.

The game maker is seeking $15 million in damages, which it intends to distribute to the original donors who contributed to the purchase of the land.

SpaceX, which has been expanding its operations in Texas, has not yet responded to the lawsuit. However, the company has been facing criticism from neighbors and environmental agencies over its operations at its launch facility in Texas.
