DECATUR, Ala. (WAFF) – A man is accused of intentionally ramming his car into two Decatur Police vehicles on Wednesday, according to court documents obtained by WAFF. The Decatur Police Department said officers were dispatched to the 500 block of 14th St. SE in reference to a report of a person acting erratically on Wednesday. Officers located a man, identified as Michael Vasquez, inside a vehicle. During contact with Vasquez, Vasquez used his vehicle to strike a patrol unit.
