Endangered Person Advisory issued for woman last seen in Lee’s Summit

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The St. Louis County Police Department has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a 59-year-old woman with bipolar disorder.

SLCPD says that Friday morning, September 20, Carlotta Shockley was last seen traveling westbound on NW Chipman Road from NW Blue Parkway in Lee’s Summit.

Shockley has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, is reportedly not taking her medications and is believed to be displaying signs of paranoia.

Police say Shockley is a white female with gray hair and hazel eyes and was last seen wearing a green shirt and blue jeans.

The vehicle Shockley is reported to be driving is a white 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis. The Missouri license plate reads JF7B2U.

Law enforcement last made contact with her in St. Louis, and her vehicle was last seen in Lee’s Summit around 5 p.m.
