TAMPA, Fla. – A newly renovated affordable housing complex has officially opened in Tampa, just a short distance away from Busch Gardens. Armature Place Apartments, located at 4131 East Busch Boulevard, offers 96 units for “residents making 80% or less of Area Median Income,” according to a Hillsborough County press release.
