IOWA CITY, Iowa – Veterans in eastern Iowa honored those who went missing — or were prisoners of war — during their service. The Iowa City Veteran Affairs (VA) held it’s annual ceremony along with the American Legion Friday morning. The ceremony included a flag raising, where leaders there made information available to the public.
