FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (WNCN) – A shooting in Fayetteville Friday night left one man dead and and another injured, according to the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office. The sheriff’s office said deputies responded to a 911 call for a person shot in the 1900 block of Smith Road. They said one adult male was shot and pronounced deceased at the scene.
