CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – 2 16-year-olds were arrested Friday in relation to the death of a Chattanooga teen who was shot while walking near Tunnel Boulevard, police say. Chattanooga Police say around 3:30 p.m. last Wednesday, officers responded to a shots fired call in the 1400 block of Lillian Lane.
