The principal of Steelton-Highspire Jr./Sr. High School issued a statement Friday saying the school is considering a cellphone ban following “alarming behaviors” by students. “We are only a few weeks into the school year, and already the situation has become nearly unbearable,” said Principal Eleni M. Cordero.
