Days after a threat was made towards High Pointe Elementary in Nixa, investigators are determining where exactly the message originated. According to the latest report from the Missouri Information Analysis Center, the message was set up with a VPN to make it appear that the threat was sent from the Kansas City area. In actuality, the IP addresses were traced back to a foreign country.
