SPARKS, Nev. (KOLO) – The City of Sparks will rename Fire Station 5 in Sparks to honor the legacy of Richard Feldman. Feldman had been with the Sparks Fire Department since July of 1987, and followed in the footsteps of his father, who served with the Chino Fire Department in southern California.
