NORTH SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — North Syracuse police have arrested a 16-year-old and found a stolen car after a burglary at a smoke shop Thursday night.
Police got to the scene at the North Syracuse smoke shop just after 2:15 a.m. on Friday, September 20. When they arrived, several people ran away, leaving behind a stolen car from the city of Syracuse.
The suspect, a 16-year-old was arrested and is facing the following charges.
- Burglary in the third degree, a D-class felony
- Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle the First Degree, a D-class felony
- Criminal Mischief in the third degree, an E-class felony
- Possession of Burglar’s Tools, an A-class Misdemeanor
- Petit Larceny, an A-class Misdemeanor
- Conspiracy in the fifth degree, an A-class Misdemeanor
