Syracuse wants your input on traffic safety plan aiming to eliminate fatal crashes

Syracuse, N.Y. – Syracuse officials hope to hear from residents about a new citywide plan that aims to eliminate all fatal or serious-injury crashes. The city is planning a series of outreach events over the next week for its proposed Vision Zero plan. The nationwide Vision Zero Network promotes and supports municipal efforts aimed at improving traffic safety. Syracuse Mayor Ben Walsh announced the city’s plan to become a Vision Zero community last year.
