A popular Syracuse neighborhood is set to welcome visitors to the 32nd annual Westcott Street Cultural Fair this weekend. This year, the fair continues to offer a wide mix of local free music acts and performers, food and artists. Organizer Sharon Sherman said the fair features more than 140 booths ranging from vendors and organizations.
