JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Members of the Jacksonville community gathered Saturday to honor all former prisoners of war and remember those missing in action. Several organizations across the area gathered at Cecil Field on Jacksonville’s Westside for a day of celebration and remembrance in honor of National POW/MIA Recognition Day which was observed Friday.
