BUNNELL, Fla. – A Virginia fugitive from justice was arrested in Flagler County on Tuesday, September 17, on warrants for Second Degree Murder and Burglary from Virginia. On Old Kings Road, Flagler County Sheriff’s (FCSO) deputies conducted a traffic stop on the truck Timothy Hickerson, 43, of Palm Coast was driving due to the vehicle running a red light. During the stop, deputies determined he had an active fugitive warrant from Virginia. Hickerson was immediately placed in handcuffs and transported to the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility.
