Highland Park — A man was found dead on the Arroyo Seco Parkway (110 Freeway) Saturday, and authorities are investigating the cause of his death. California Highway Patrol officers were called at approximately 1:28 a.m. to the southbound parkway near the Avenue 43 exit where officers found the victim lying in one of the lanes, CHP Officer Sean Lough told City News Service.
