MIAMI – Witness video shows the driver who survived dropping off an Interstate 95 ramp on Saturday near the Miami River in Downtown Miami. Good Samaritans helped the man to get out of a sports utility vehicle through the front window, which shattered on West Flagler Street, below two I-95 southbound ramps.
