ST. LOUIS – Hot air balloons swarm the skies of St. Louis as Saturday marks the return of the Great Forest Park Balloon Race. Dozens of hot air balloon enthusiasts participate in the festivities at Forest Park each year, which consist of a “Balloon Glow” on Friday and the big race on Saturday.
