MARION, Iowa – Uptown Marion closed down to traffic Saturday for the third annual Oktoberfest, presented by Sheets Forrest Draper Insurance. 30 breweries were on hand providing a wide variety of styles. Those who turned out also enjoyed music from Lyle Beaver and the Brass Notes and traditional German games of hammershlagen and stein holding.
