CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – Cedar Rapids hosting the annual Walk to End Alzheimer’s Saturday at the McGrath Amphitheatre downtown. Nearly 7 million Americans are living with Alzheimer’s Disease. The neurological condition which robs a person of their memories and life experiences is the 6th leading cause of death in the United States. Events like this have been raising funds for 35 years to help research treatments and possible cures.
