FIRST ALERT FORECAST – Beautiful weekend weather

TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – Friday marked Tucson’s 127th consecutive day at or above 90° – a new record, breaking the previous (126 days) set in 1924. On Saturday, we finally broke the streak, with highs in Tucson topping out in the 80s for the first time since mid-May! As the low pressure system that brought us this cool-down pushes east, temperatures will rebound back into the low 90s Sunday and mid to upper 90s Monday. A ridge of high pressure will build in from the west by the middle of next week, sending highs into the lower end of the triple digits as we wrap up the month of September.
