Murfreesboro teen found safe after TBI alert

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WKRN) — A 17-year-old Murfreesboro girl was found safe following an endangered child alert was activated by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation for a missing Murfreesboro 17-year-old girl.

According to the TBI, Cheyenne Westfall has brown eyes and black hair, stands about 5-foot, 6-inches tall and weighs approximately 130 pounds. She was last seen Friday, Sept. 21.

Authorities said she may have been traveling in a silver 2015 Hyundai Genesis with the Tennessee tag BDM-9054. Anyone who spotted her were asked to call the Murfreesboro Police Department at 615-893-1311 or call the TBI hotline at 1-800-TBI-FIND (1-800-824-3463) .
