TYBEE ISLAND, Ga. (WTOC) – Over on Tybee Island a large concrete block floated into the North Beach Jetties Friday afternoon, city crews have now barricaded the area. The island’s public works crews dragged the 10×10-foot structure to the toe of the dunes adding on social media they weren’t sure how the massive block floated given it’s weight.
