Group Members are rumbling their engines, putting spinning tire smoke in the air, fastening their helmets, and performing wheelies—their way of paying tribute to a fellow biker struck and killed by a car last weekend.

Syracuse Police Chief Joe Cecile claims that either one of them is going to get killed or even worse.

“If an innocent bystander that has nothing to do with their club is struck by one of these vehicles that are up on the sidewalk. That’s another thing we saw, driving on sidewalks on high rates of speed,” Cecile said.

After the tragedy, officers encountered reckless riding in the same intersection where the 20-year-old was struck–police have added extra patrols and riders have been warned.
