Listen up, BBQ lovers! The award-winning BBQ concept Pig Beach from legendary NYC restaurateur Rob Schwager and fellow BBQ pitmasters Matt Abdoo and Shane McBride will be opening a spot inside of PKL this fall!
The menu will feature some Pig Beach classics like baby back ribs, smoked chicken wings, pulled pork shoulder, beef brisket, and an array of delicious sides.
South Boston will be the first Pig Beach location to offer brunch on the weekends starting at 11am – here are some examples of specialty items guests can expect:
Pig Beach Benedict – Griddled Cornbread, Pulled Pork, Poached Eggs, Hatch Vinegar Hollandaise Sauce
Chicken & Waffles – House-made waffles and crispy fried chicken breast
Brisket Egg & Cheese Sandwich – Salt & Pepper Brisket, Over Easy Eggs, American on a bun
In addition to all their BBQ classics, they will be serving up their award-winning SmashBurger, which you can order as a single / DBL / TRPL that comes with American cheese, griddled onions, dill pickles, and secret sauce. PRO TIP: order it up Champion Style with their bacon jam!
