MINT HILL, N.C. (WBTV) – A 12-year-old boy who is believed to be suffering from a cognitive impairment is missing in Mint Hill. According to the North Carolina Center for Missing Persons, Spencer Benjamin was last seen walking out of the front door of his home on Billy Smith Lane on a Ring camera.
