Vikings inactives: Justin Jefferson active for Sunday’s game vs. Texans

Minnesota Vikings receiver Justin Jefferson is active and good to go for Sunday’s game against the Houston Texans.

Jefferson suffered a quad contusion and missed the fourth quarter of last week’s win over the San Francisco 49ers. While he was limited on Wednesday he told reporters he would play against the Texans after getting in another limited session on Thursday.

Vikings head coach Kevin O’Connell also expressed confidence that Jefferson is “100%” heading into the Week 3 matchup with the Texans.

“I think the best thing about the whole week for us was really the way Justin attacked it,” O’Connell told NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero. “From the moment the injury happened to the Wednesday all the way through practice and getting out there a little bit. Then, as the week went on, he was pretty darn close to full as we got through the end of the week and I know Justin feels 100% today and I expect to see him play like that.”
