Police investigating north Tulsa shooting

TULSA, Okla. — The Tulsa Police Department said one person was injured during a shooting in north Tulsa Sunday morning.

Police say the shooting happened near East Archer Street and North Sheridan Road.

The victim was shot in the torso and is expected to be fine.

Police say one person was taken into custody, and will be arrested for the shooting and other outstanding business with the city.

Police will continue to investigate and say there is no threat to the public.
