WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) – The West Palm Beach police seek anyone who recognizes a nonverbal woman found wandering around on Sunday morning. The West Palm Beach Police Department (WPBPD) stated that a woman was found wandering around and dropped off near 45th Street in West Palm Beach by a civilian.
