ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – Oktoberfest is back for its 13 annual year at Pig Minds Brewing Company. All in the name of celebration, visitors enjoy traditional German cuisine and beer. Dozens turned out to get a look at authentic German dancing and listen to live music from the talents of local artists.
