SALT LAKE CITY – International Olympic Committee President Thomas Bach is set to spend Sept. 27 and 28 in Utah during a trip to the United States. Plans for his visit include meetings with organizers of the recently awarded 2034 Winter Games, elected officials, bid supporters and athletes, as well as touring the Utah Olympic Oval in Kearns, Utah Olympic Park near Park City, and the student housing at the University of Utah that served as the Athlete Village in the 2002 Winter Games.
