Raiders vs. Panthers: Three Things That Went Wrong for the Raiders

The Las Vegas Raiders haven’t proved themselves to be one of the better teams in the league yet, but most around the NFL thought they’d be able to handle the Carolina Panthers in Week 3.

They ended up proving that would be far too much to ask of them. From start to finish on Sunday, the Raiders were flat-out dominated. Andy Dalton tore the defense apart, while the offense failed to get anything going throughout the game.

White ended up running the ball 10 times for 34 yards. Alexander Mattison ran it three times for seven yards.

The Panthers entered this game with an awful run defense, and the Raiders still couldn’t do anything on the ground. That is very concerning for Las Vegas.
