LEAVENWORTH, Kan. (KCTV) – A Leavenworth barn is among six iconic structures set to be revitalized with a cash infusion from Kansas Tourism. The Kansas Department of Commerce has announced that the Tourism division has awarded $100,000 in grants for the Barn Adaption and Restoration Needs program. The funds will help drive economic growth and preserve a crucial part of the state’s architectural history as six iconic barns are revitalized.
