COLONIAL HEIGHTS, Va. (WRIC) — The City of Colonial Heights will be holding two separate auction events for surplus items on Friday, Oct. 11.
Surplus items that will be available at the auctions include vehicles, office furniture and equipment and computers. All items will be viewable one hour prior to the auction.
The first auction will be a general auction held at Colonial Heights School Facility Maintenance Building (2600 Woodlawn Avenue) beginning at 9 a.m.
The second event will be a vehicle auction held at the Colonial Heights Fleet Maintenance Building (501 Lake Avenue) beginning at noon.
Payment for all auction items must be done by cash or check on the day. Small items must also be pickup on the day but vehicle purchase will have until 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 16, to pick up.
