Florida State University Program Manager Charlene Howard was killed after being struck by a truck on the intersection of West Pensacola Street and Lipona Road at 2:15 a.m. on Sept. 14, according to WCTV. Her family reported that she passed surrounded by loved ones on Sept. 15 at 10:33 p.m.
