Portion of St. Helena to undergo evacuation drill this week

Some St. Helena residents will have the chance Wednesday to practice an emergency evacuation. Starting about 5 p.m., every resident or worker to the east of Highway 29 will hear Hi-Lo sirens and receive a text or email through ALERT Napa County and Genasys Protect telling them to leave and head to City Hall, St. Helena officials said in a news release.
