A boy who was abducted over seven decades ago has been discovered alive and well, having been raised by a family 3,000 miles away .
Luis Armando Albino was 6 years old when he vanished on 21st February 1951, after being enticed away by a woman in a park in West Oakland, California . The woman had offered to buy him sweets while he was playing with his older brother, Roger.
Despite the case going cold for many years, a determined niece never stopped searching for answers. Luis’ heartbroken mother clung onto hope until her death in 2005 at the age of 92, sadly without any resolution.
