The winning ticket was purchased at Valero on 750 Lexington Avenue in Mansfield.
After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling at 28%, the winner will take home about $7,200.
An anonymous winner from Euclid is also celebrating after winning the $10,000 top prize from the Gold Fish scratch-off game .
The winner got their ticket at CJ’s Beverage, located at 23886 Lakeshore Boulevard in Euclid.

After the same mandatory federal and state taxes, the Euglid winner will also take home about $7,200.
Billion is a $50 scratch-off with a top prize of $1 million. Gold Fish is a $2 scratch-off with a top prize of $10,000.
