BALTIMORE (WBFF) – A $1 million scratch-off win in Anne Arundel County was the Maryland Lottery’s biggest prize of the past week. Another scratch-off sold in Baltimore County delivered a $100,000 prize, and five other tickets that were sold in Baltimore City, Clarksville, Clinton, Hagerstown and Silver Spring each paid $50,000 prizes.
