The CHP is investigating the details of the incident, and it remains unclear whether the woman exited the vehicle voluntarily or if foul play was involved. The CHP is urging anyone who may have witnessed the crash or has information about the vehicles that struck the woman to contact the Dublin CHP office at (925) 828-0466.
